Reliable comment-to-cart processing
ComeSeeBuy works only with a merchant-authorised Facebook Business Page and only to the extent needed to process a purchase request.
The buyer posts a product code
An exact code on supported content from the connected Facebook Page becomes a clear purchase request.
The service reserves carefully
Webhook signature checks, repeated-delivery deduplication and an atomic stock update prevent a repeated event from creating an extra reservation and prevent stock from falling below zero.
The buyer receives a cart link
The first eligible comment receives a permitted private cart link; later purchases update the same cart.
The merchant remains in control
An edited or removed comment event is recorded in the technical audit log; an accepted reservation is not cancelled automatically.
The Page can be disconnected
The merchant can disconnect a Page and submit a verified data-deletion request.
The early-access release is for controlled testing. We do not publicly promise features that have not been proven in the live Meta flow.
